1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the website of BitVives LLC (bitvives.com), or contracting us to design and deploy AI Automation systems, Voice Agents, Shopify stores, and Marketing campaigns, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must cease use of our site and services immediately.
2. Services Rendered
We specialize in custom AI solution creation (e.g., n8n integrations, chatbot databases, ElevenLabs setup, voice engines) and digital growth services (Shopify store development, ad campaign creation, search engine optimization). The parameters, pricing tiers, and delivery timeframes for custom workflows are outlined in signed Statement of Works (SOW) or custom business agreements.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete data required for our system integrations (e.g., brand knowledge bases, product catalogs). You are solely responsible for ensuring the compliance of your data, chatbots, and voice scripts with relevant local laws (such as telephone outreach guidelines, GDPR, and consumer protection protocols).
4. Intellectual Property
Unless specified otherwise in a signed contract, all UI/UX templates, code architectures, custom voice presets, and n8n workflow blueprints created by BitVives LLC remain our intellectual property. Upon full payment, clients are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the developed systems for their business operations.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BitVives LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from system downtimes, API endpoint changes of third-party platforms (e.g., ElevenLabs, Shopify, OpenAI), or any campaign metrics fluctuation. Our systems are provided on an "as-is" basis.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
